§ Mr. MacCollThe planning appeal decision referred to included a condition requiring the provision of acceleration and deceleration lanes in accordance with certain specified measurements. These measurements were those which the divisional road engineer of the Ministry 313W of Transport had indicated should be required if the development were to be permitted.
