§ Mr. John MorrisWe have no evidence that motor rallies cause danger on roads. As regards nuisance to the public there has been a sharp drop in the number of complaints received since the present control system came into operation in 1965. If there is any deterioration in the situation my right hon. Friend will consider whether further controls are needed.
