§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesNational Parks, areas of outstanding natural beauty and nature reserves cover about one-fifth of the area of Wales: and the National Parks Commission have a proposal, which is still under discussion, for the designation of some 500 square miles of Mid-Wales as a national park.
