§ Mr. CallaghanThe obligation accepted by the Federal German Republic is to make payments which count for the purposes of Articles 2(a) and (b) of the Agreement of the 27th July, 1964, amounting, in the year 1966–67, to approximately DM600 million. I anticipate that by 31st March, 1967, procurement and payments will exceed this figure. Deliveries will not be completed until after the 31st March, 1967.
