§ Mr. RossIn 1965 and 1966 approved prices for C.L.A.S.P. schools ranged between 78s. 5d. per square foot and 84s. per square foot from direct labour organisations and 84s. 5d. per square foot to 92s. 5d. from private builders. During this period the basic cost limit for a school designed to the maximum permissible area was 78s. 9d. per square foot until July, 1966 and 82s. 9d. per square foot thereafter.
