§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Minister of Transport if she will consult the Postmaster-General with a view to establishing a mail bus service in Cardiganshire where one quarter of the population is not served by any form of public transport.
§ Mrs. CastleAs announced during the debate on transport policy on 22nd February, it is intended to arrange further experiments with rural mail buses. The places will be chosen by my Department and the General Post Office in consultation with the local authorities, the local bus operators and the Traffic Commissioners. The service must fit in with postal operating requirements and not100W conflict with other operators' services. If my hon.
