Bromley-Davenportasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what is the policy of Her Majesty's Government with regard to the recommendations contained in the report of the Joint Committee on the Censorship of the Theatre; what legislation he intends to introduce to implement these recommendations; and whether he will, in connection with the preparation of such legislation, consult with the principal interested parties who will be affected by any change.
