§ 41. Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will now, in view of the publication of the report on Highland Transport, state his proposals for a reduction in freight charges in the Highlands and Islands.
§ Mr. RossI am at present awaiting comments on this report by the various bodies concerned, and I am not yet in a position to announce any proposals.
