Friend intends to review the general consent to the sale of council houses in the light of experience over the twelve months following the publication of Circular No. 24/67 on 20th March and the action taken by local authorities during that period. If necessary he could withdraw or modify the consent at any time. No council houses have been sold in Havering in the past six years.
