§ Mr. Ronald Bellasked the President of the Board of Trade what he estimates will be the average percentage level of the common external tariff of the European Economic Community after the full implementation of the reductions, recently agreed upon by the Governments of those States which are parties to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.
