§ 77. Sir F. Bennettasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs whether he will give an assurance that a decision by the people of Gibraltar to remain linked to Great Britain will preclude further talks thereafter with Spain on the Constitutional future, in an international sense as opposed to economic or social or cultural relations, of Gibraltar with Spain.
