§ Mr. Goronwy Roberts16,963 overseas students attended full-time courses in universities in the United Kingdom in the academic year 1966–67. Of these 7,769 were undergraduates and 9,194 postgraduates. The proportion of overseas students to students from the United Kingdom is approximately one to ten.
