§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe Association wrote to me about the recommendations of the National Board for Prices and Incomes on fire officers' pay and I have replied. As the report is now the subject of negotiations within the National Joint Council for Local Authorities' Fire Brigades, it would be inappropriate for me to make a statement at present.
