Mr. Danceasked the Minister of Transport whether she is aware that with the introduction of the Road Transport Lighting Bill an incentive will now be provided for British industry to provide the necessary glass beads which make up the reflective material for number plates and other signs; to what extent these will not now have to be imported from the United States of America and Germany; and whether she will make a statement.
