§ Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Minister of Labour if he will take steps to collate productivity agreements negotiated throughout the country and make them available to both sides of industry as originally suggested by the Transport and General Workers Union and now recommended by the National Board for Prices and Incomes.
§ Mr. HattersleyA substantial amount of information about productivity agreements is available in my Department and302W is used by my Industrial Relations Officers in their advisory work. We are considering what further action needs to be taken in the light of the Board's report.

§ Mr. HattersleyAs my right hon. Friend the First Secretary said on 13th June the Board's report will be valuable in promoting wider understanding of the considerations and problems involved in the preparation and negotiation of worthwhile productivity agreements. The Government will be studying the report in consultation with both sides of industry and will be making use of the further guidance it gives in the day-to-day administration of the productivity, prices and incomes policy, both in considering settlements reached and in advising parties engaged in negotiations.
