§ Mr. John MorrisThe road programme includes schemes on trunk and principal roads in London which are estimated to cost over £133 million. Of this total nearly £38 million is for schemes in East London.
The Greater London Council, which is responsible for initiating traffic management measures in London, has several important one-way and clearway schemes in hand.
