§ Mr. MacDermotThere has been two prosecutions, on 18th January 1967 and 27th January 1967 respectively. In both cases the defendant pleaded guilty. The first defendant was fined £50. The second was given a conditional discharge and ordered to offer the gold coins in question for sale to an authorised dealer.
