§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesGlamorgan County Council, who have included the line of an outer by-pass in their County Development Plan, have at my suggestion, been reassessing the traffic and economic case for its early construction and will be presenting the results to me when I receive a deputation of interested local authorities on 11th July.
