§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is aware that the British 44,411 ton tanker, "Lankvs" was boarded and detained by Spanish marines off Las Palmas on or about 12th June, 1967; and what action he has taken and plans to take to protect British rights in this matter and recover compensation for the owners of the tanker and its crew.
