§ Mr. Martenasked the President of the Board of Trade whom he has appointed to carry out the special review of the performance of United Kingdom air operators announced on 5th June.
§ Mr. JayDetailed proposals in regard to the conduct of the review are now before me and I shall make a further statement shortly. Meanwhile the Director of Aviation Safety, in consultation with the Air Registration Board, has already begun inquiries.
