MallalieuI hope to write very soon to organisations representing the owners and crews of fishing vessels, inviting them to nominate representatives to serve on a Working Group to study this matter. Invitations are also being sent to Government Departments and others who can contribute to the studies. I will write to my hon. Friend when the composition of the Working Group has been finally settled.
