§ Sir C. Osborneasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will give an undertaking that no new nationalised industries will be established in the Government-owned factories being built in development areas until the industries already nationalised are making profits and are contributing through taxation to the national economy.
§ Mr. JayI am willing to let Board of Trade factories to any undertakings able to provide suitable employment for the benefit of the development areas.
