§ Mr. Geoffrey Lloydasked the Minister of Transport whether she will issue a general direction in the public interest to the British Railways Board that in calculating the amount of lump sum and annuity payable from superannuation funds they should take as a basis the full salary, including any merit award which would have been paid at the date of retirement but for the intervention of the Government's wage freeze.
