Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a table showing the annual deficit or balance in the housing accounts of each of the new towns annually since 1960, and the estimates for 1971–72 assuming the full implementation by then of the proposed rent schemes.
