§ Mr. George ThomsonMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary is always the leader of the British delegation. Otherwise, the last occasion on which a Member of this House was included in the British Delegation was when my hon.12W Friend Sir Geoffrey de Freitas was nominated to lead in the 4th Committee in 1965.
