Legge-Bourkeasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will provide a table showing the two-way flow of payments for licensing, royalties, patents and other forms of technology between the United Kingdom and the United States of America, showing the balance in each case of this invisible trade and how these results compare with those, derived from international sources of information, for Europe, including the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
