Mr. Geraint Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales why the application by the Denbighshire County Council for loan sanction for new county offices has been refused, in view of the substantial need for new accommodation for the county council staff.
§ Mrs. WhiteMy right hon. Friend has received no representations from the County Council on this matter since February, 1965 when it was suggested to them that any extension to the county offices should be deferred until the future pattern of local government in Wales became clearer.
