§ Mr. Frederick LeeI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply on 15th December, 1966, to my hon. Friend the Member for West Ham, North (Mr. Arthur Lewis) in which it was explained that notifications by manufacturers of proposed price increases are made not to my Department but to the Department with special responsibility for the industry concerned.
