§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Commission's recommendations for the abolition of certain obsolete criminal offences and for reform of the law of maintenance and champerty are dealt with by the Criminal Law Bill. The recommendation 257W about proof of criminal intent is the subject of an amendment made in another place to the Criminal Justice Bill. Other recommendations made by the Commission will be dealt with as soon as an opportunity for legislation arises.
