Mr. Hoosonasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether, in view of the inadequacy of British rail services to and from mid-Wales, and the adverse effects on manufacturing and trading companies there, he will enlarge the terms of reference of the Passenger Transport Coordinating Committee for Wales to enable it to inquire into this matter and recommend improvements in public freight services.
