Friend the Foreign Secretary gave to Mr. Karl Meyer of theWashington Post on 15th May, 1967 and which was published in full in the international Edition of the New York Herald Tribune—Washington Post of 19th May, and in part in the Washington Post on the same day. I confirm that my center hon. Friend's remarks reflect Government policy on the various issues discussed.
