§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales what studies he has caused to be made in Wales of possible effects of the proposed regional premium.
§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesStudies have been made within the Welsh Office which show that the effect would be to raise the level of Welsh economic activity. The Welsh Economic Council who have considered the proposals and indicated their general support have also given me the benefit of their advice.
