§ Mr. John Leeasked the Minister of Transport if she will provide additional financial assistance for the building of a pedestrian subway under the A4 road in Reading for the benefit of persons living in the Southcote area of Minster Ward.
§ Mr. SwinglerReading County Borough Council is the highway authority for this length of road and any proposal made by it will be considered on its merits.
