§ Mr. GunterI have recently had discussions with representatives of the T.U.C. and the unions concerned, and with representatives of the Vice-Chancellors' Committee. I have suggested to both sides that they might have direct discussions about the arrangements for negotiating the pay and conditions of these workers.
