§ Mr. Carmichaelasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of male penal establishments, Borstals, detention centres and prisons, showing for any convenient recent date the number of inmates along with the corresponding number of staff and also the authorised establishment of each institution.
