§ Mr. Fisherasked the Minister of Overseas Development whether, when giving aid to Commonwealth territories, he will seek to make arrangements with the receiving Government to allocate the aid to particular projects or areas in the territory concerned.
§ Mr. BottomleyA large part of the aid we give is for projects agreed with recipient Governments (which in some cases relate to particular areas) or for application to detailed development programmes. Much aid must however be given in non-project form.
