§ Mr. Biffenasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if the Honey-man arbitral report on teachers' pay was considered in the light of the Government's prices and incomes policy, particularly in respect of the criteria of the lower-paid workers and increases in productivity; and if he will circulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT what proposals were made and accepted to increase the productivity of the teaching profession.
