§ Mr. Michael Heseltineasked the President of the Board of Trade what plans he has for implementing the recommendation of the South-West Economic Planning Council appointed by the Government in 1965 for the establishment of a Board of Trade sub-regional office in the far south-west part of the South-West Region, either at Plymouth or Exeter, as contained in paragraph 458 of the Council's recent report.
