§ Mr. Elysian Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales if, in furtherance of the Government's efforts to preserve the Welsh language, he will issue a directive to all Departments who have functions in Wales to give the Welsh language every prominence in publications, signs, notices, etc., in Wales.
