§ Miss Jennie LeeIn places where there is interest in piping, help with the expenses of a pipe band or society or with the provision of a teacher is essentially a matter for the decision of the local authority. They may also care to approach the Arts Council but it is entirely for the Council to decide whether or not to offer any support.
