§ 117. Mr. Powellasked the Secretary of State for Defence what arrangements he is making for members of the Royal Malta Artillery serving in Germany to obtain civil employment after discharge; and in particular whether, to facilitate this, he will arrange for them to be stationed in Malta immediately before the force is disbanded.
§ Mr. BoydenMembers of the Royal Malta Artillery on discharge are entitled to the same benefits—including terminal leave and in-service resettlement training—as members of the British Army. On present plans the Royal Malta Artillery unit in Germany will return to Malta in the summer of 1970.
