§ Mr. Smallasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, in view of the traffic delays between the centre of Glasgow and Prestwick Airport, he will give greater priority to the plans for the construction of the Kilmarnock bypass which will do much to relieve these delays.
§ Mr. RossI have authorised Ayr County Council to complete the detailed design of the bypass so that, if it is possible to give it priority, there will be no delay in starting work.
