§ 87. Mr. Liptonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will set up an independent committee of inquiry into the drug cannabis with a view to establishing on a scientific basis whether cannabis is a drug of addiction to be classified as a narcotic along with heroin and morphine.
