§ Dr. John Dunwoodyasked the Minister of Transport, in view of the recommendations of the South-West Economic Planning Council in "A Region with a Future", if she will take steps to ensure the completion of an adequate spine road in the South West by 1975.
§ Mr. SwinglerWe are carefully studying the Planning Council's Report. Their views on the spine road are of course already well known to us. There is, however, nothing I can usefully add at this stage to what has already been announced.
