63. Mr. Edward M. Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will set up a committee to inquire into the rating burdens of commercial and retail establishments in Scottish cities, in view of the closure of several such establishments and the additional burdens which these closures will place on other ratepayers.
