§ Mr. JayIn preparing a further Companies Bill I will consider the recommendation of the Jenkins Committee that the Board of Trade should have power to control the name of a company, incorporated abroad and having a place of business in Great Britain, when the158W name is undesirable on grounds other than similarity.
