§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI am aware of the delays, which are mainly due to the greatly increased volume of work before the court. Three additional courts were brought into use in June; another court will be available early next year; and major work to provide further courts has begun. My noble Friend the Lord Chancellor is considering what additional judges are needed.
