Mr. Lubbockasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what is his policy on appeals by mobile home site operators against refusals by local planning authorities to grant permanent site licences where all the conditions laid down under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act, 1960, have been observed.
§ Mr. WilleyAppeals against refusals of permanent planning permissions are dealt with on planning merits. Permission is given on a long-term or permanent basis unless there is some definite reason against this.
