§ Rear-Admiral Morgan Gilesasked the Minister of Transport what action she intends to take in the matter of compensation for Mr. and Mrs. G. E. V. Lane who were injured by a falling tree on the A33 road near East Stratton on 4th May, 1967.
§ Mr. SwinglerWhilst I much regret the injuries and other inconvenience suffered by Mr. and Mrs. Lane, I am advised that no legal entitlement to compensation has been established, and am not aware of any sufficient grounds for anex gratia payment.
