Mr. Ednyfed Hudson Daviesasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will give consideration to the claim of Llandudno, in view of its central position and the availability of development land and of clerical workers, to be the site of the administrative offices for the new county of Gwynedd proposed in the White Paper on Local Government Reorganisation in Wales.
